SunRising Associate R&D process

01 — Research & Development

Engineering starts before the first prototype.

Our R&D team bridges materials science, structural simulation, and industrial design under one roof. Every project begins with a clearly defined engineering problem — not a guess. From thermal conductivity modeling for heat sink configurations to finite element analysis of UAV structural loads, we validate before we build.

Proprietary processes developed in-house include controlled surface polishing protocols, prepreg composite layup optimization, and multi-axis CNC tool path programming — each refined through years of client-facing production.

02 — Precision Manufacturing

Three facilities. One uncompromising standard.

Production runs across three dedicated facilities in Taichung, each purpose-built for its discipline — polishing and thermal management, composite material forming, and UAV structural assembly. Nothing critical is subcontracted.

Tolerances are held to ±0.01 mm on CNC-machined components. Every finished part passes dimensional verification before it leaves the floor. Our quality process isn't a final checkpoint — it's embedded at every stage of production.
